GET A FORMER IMMIGRATION OFFICER IN YOUR CORNER
What gets applications refused — from someone who used to refuse them.
For 16 years, I served as a Canadian Immigration Officer at the High Commission in Islamabad — one of the busiest visa processing posts in the world. I reviewed thousands of spousal and family class applications. I know the patterns that lead to refusals. I know what a strong file looks like from the first page.
I also know what it feels like when a genuine family is separated because their application was poorly prepared. That is why I left.
Today I take only complex cases — refused applications, H&C situations, complex spousal sponsorships, Procedural Fairness Letters, PR card crises. The cases where experience is not optional.
If your situation is complex, you deserve someone who has sat on both sides of the table.
